In our discussion, we will provide an overview of and updates on the Connect Oregon Community Information Exchange and Unite Us technology. We will discuss network partner organizations currently on the Connect Oregon network and discuss use cases for leveraging Unite Us technology. We’ll invite community partner organizations to join the network and discuss opportunities for local engagement to increase network activity and successful connections to care for our community members. There will be time afterwards for questions. Initiatives & Incubations Updates, Events & Requests Stay after the meeting for the Steering Committee to discuss the direction of CHART and Place Matter planning.
