Our Approach
Community Health Advocacy & Resource Team (CHART)
We are a group that collaborates with the community to impact policy, systems, and environmental change to raise the overall health of Clatsop County residents. The environment is not just about air and water quality. Sometimes thinking outside the box is helpful in understanding environment in a health setting. A healthy environment is so broad because it encompasses everything you do from work, to play and everything in between. Community health is important and should be to you also. Just by being alive you are impacting your health as well as the health of others that surround you.
Our Vision:
A county whose residents are informed and empowered to seek healthy lifestyle options to ensure an optimal quality of life.
Our Mission:
The Community Health Advocacy and Resource Team (CHART) of Clatsop County works collaboratively with community members to impact policy, systems, and environmental change to raise the overall health of Clatsop County residents.
